De Pere, Wisconsin (July 28, 2015) LMG, a technological leader in building Hydraulic Presses for Compression, Transfer, Vacuum, and Injection molding since 1935; is excited to announce the acquisition of RED STAG ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION INC. Red Stag was started in 1961 by Paul Pfundtner and Bob Mitchell. This acquisition will grow LMG’s diversity by adding Metal Forging and Stamping Presses, Die Carts, Die Splitters, and Hydraulic Impact Dampeners. In addition to this equipment, we can provide additional Turn-Key System Solutions which also includes Automation.
