1935
CA Lawton Company was originally founded in 1879 and formed the Plastics Machinery Division in 1935 to meet the demands of the molding industry. It began and continues today with ingenuity and customer commitment.
2007
In 2007, the CA Lawton Machinery Division was purchased by Trinks Inc., changing its name to LMG to pay homage to those who knew us as Lawton Machinery Group.

Trinks Inc. acquires Hull Industries
2015
In 2015, LMG acquired Red Stag Engineering and Automation Inc. Red Stag was founded in 1961 and offers a variety of products including metal forging presses, stamping presses, die carts and die splitters.

2019
In 2019, we acquired Hull Industries and said goodbye to LMG, officially becoming our legal name, Trinks Inc. We kept our established roots in Green Bay, WI and have continued our tradition of designing and delivering the gold standard in manufacturing equipment for our customers.
